In 2005, journalist Matt O'Brien discovered numerous homeless communities established throughout extensive flood channel systems running beneath Las Vegas. Despite the incredible hazards, including the risk of flash floods, these tunnels were home to hundreds of men, women, and children - unknown or ignored by the millions of tourists above. Ten years later, Tapped News set out to discover what, if anything, had changed since O'Brien's investigation.
